            1. Porta l’acqua a ebollizione e sala leggermente.

           Preparazione :

           1. Trita finemente lo scalogno e fallo stufare in una noce di burro, senza

           farlo dorare.

           2. Aggiungi il riso e tostalo per un minuto, fino a quando i chicchi
